These Terms and Conditions form the complete agreement between you and 1xwin. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets on the platform.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 1xwin platform, including the website, mobile application, sportsbook, casino, live casino, slots, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration and to keep that information up to date throughout your use of the Platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number and email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
1xwin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before any withdrawal is processed, you will be required to verify your identity by submitting one or more of the following:
1xwin reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, not only at the point of withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. 1xwin will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Report any suspected unauthorised access to our support team immediately.
All deposits on the 1xwin Platform are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. 1xwin does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited and will be returned to the originating payment method.
Most deposits are credited to your account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. In rare cases, bank transfers may take longer. If a deposit has not been credited within two hours, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity. 1xwin may request evidence of the source of funds at any time as part of its financial security procedures. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be declined or flagged for additional review.

A completed identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be placed on hold until the required documents are received and approved.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. If the original method cannot accept returns, you may be asked to provide an alternative method registered in your own name. All withdrawals are settled in PKR.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. VIP players at higher tiers benefit from increased maximum withdrawal limits.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are complete will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements.
1xwin offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and VIP-exclusive rewards. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are displayed on the relevant promotion page before you opt in. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games and minimum odds are stated clearly on the promotion page.
All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Any unwagered bonus balance and associated winnings remaining at the time of expiry will be removed from your account automatically. Expiry dates are shown on the promotion page and in your account bonus section.
Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, using multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension. 1xwin uses automated and manual review systems to detect bonus abuse.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
Before claiming any bonus or promotion at 1xwin, check the individual promotion page for wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet limits and expiry dates. These details are always displayed before you opt in.
A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been placed correctly before confirmation. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the Platform for a specific market.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time you submit your bet slip are indicative. The final odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. This is standard practice in sports betting and applies to all markets including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports.
For cricket betting, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) and international T20 and Test matches, the following settlement rules apply:
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment without a result, obvious pricing errors, technical faults at the time of bet placement, or where the Platform determines that a bet was placed on an event with a known outcome. Void bets result in the return of the original stake.
Maximum winnings per bet, per day and per market type apply and are displayed in the relevant market rules. 1xwin reserves the right to limit winnings in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.
The 1xwin game lobby includes slots, live casino tables, table games, instant win games and virtual sports provided by third-party game suppliers. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems operated by the relevant game provider. 1xwin does not control or alter game outcomes.
Return to Player percentages for individual slot and casino games are set by the game provider and are available in the game information panel within each game. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session or spin.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or system error during a game session, the round in progress at the time of the failure will be settled based on the game server's last confirmed state. 1xwin is not liable for losses arising from disconnections on your end, including mobile data interruptions. In cases of Platform-side failure, affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned.
When an active bonus is applied to your account, certain games may be restricted or contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements. These restrictions are listed in the relevant bonus terms. Playing restricted games while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 1xwin Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of winnings and permanent closure of your account:
Any account found to be involved in fraudulent activity, including unauthorised payment use, identity fraud or match-fixing related betting, will be closed permanently and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
1xwin reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account at any time and without prior notice where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required for security or compliance purposes. During suspension, withdrawals may be placed on hold pending investigation.
Where an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, 1xwin may permanently close the account. In such cases, any bonus funds, free bets or winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Deposits of verified legitimate funds may be returned at 1xwin's discretion following the completion of any investigation.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bonuses will be removed. If you are closing your account due to concerns about your gambling habits, please consider using the self-exclusion tool instead, as account closure does not prevent you from re-registering.
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. 1xwin will attempt to contact you at your registered email address before applying any dormant account administration fee. Details of the applicable fee and the notification process are available from our support team.
1xwin collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. 1xwin does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers directly involved in Platform operations and only to the extent necessary for those services.
